The end of this financial year has, of course, coincided with the global pandemic which has changed all of our lives.
The year will always be remembered for what all of us faced as it ended and the unprecedented levels of uncertainty as the government’s and society’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in March 2020. However, BTO’s year was strong, with sound financial performance and real progress on making our data count.
